MEP Project Manager – Dubai

About the role

The MEP Project Manager will lead electromechanical projects from inception to handover, ensuring technical and administrative tasks are executed efficiently. This senior position supports senior management and coordinates cross‑functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Develop detailed project plans, labour requirements and activity schedules.
• Coordinate with procurement, engineering, and field teams to secure materials and resources.
• Monitor project costs, budgets and cash flow, ensuring accurate client billing and timely payments.
• Manage subcontractors, resolve technical issues and maintain quality standards.
• Prepare and present regular project status reports to stakeholders.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience in MEP contracting.
• Proven ability to manage full‑cycle projects from start to finish.
• Strong communication skills with internal departments and clients.
• Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
