MEP Supervisor

About the role

We are looking for an experienced MEP Supervisor to oversee fire‑alarm, fire‑fighting, HVAC, electrical and CCTV installations across multiple fit‑out projects in Dubai. The role involves coordinating on‑site activities, ensuring compliance with civil‑defense regulations and delivering projects on schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure timely execution of fire‑alarm, fire‑fighting, HVAC, electrical and CCTV systems.
• Manage subcontractors and on‑site technicians, coordinating daily activities.
• Prepare and submit daily progress reports to project managers.
• Handle multiple fit‑out and project assignments simultaneously.
• Conduct site inspections to verify compliance with safety standards.
• Coordinate with project managers to align schedules and resolve issues.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of proven MEP supervision experience, preferably in the UAE.
• Diploma or degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Strong knowledge of Civil Defence regulations and international standards.
• Valid UAE LMV driving licence.
• Ability to communicate effectively with project managers.
• Capable of handling multiple assignments simultaneously.
