MFL Teacher (Academic Year 2026/27)

About the role

Aldar Education is seeking an enthusiastic Modern Foreign Language (MFL) Teacher to join one of its schools in Abu Dhabi for the academic year 2026/27. The role involves creating a nurturing, play‑based learning environment that inspires curiosity and supports students’ academic, social and personal development.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging MFL lessons that align with the British curriculum.
• Assess and record students’ progress, providing constructive feedback.
• Collaborate with fellow teachers to develop interdisciplinary projects.
• Communicate effectively with parents to support student wellbeing and achievement.
• Serve as a form tutor, offering pastoral care and guidance.
• Participate in school-wide initiatives and professional development activities.

Required profile

• Minimum two years of teaching experience, preferably in an international school setting.
• Strong commitment to inclusive and innovative teaching practices.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build positive relationships with students, colleagues and parents.
• Flexibility to work collaboratively within a diverse school community.

Required skills

• Assessment and recording of students’ development.
• Understanding of the British curriculum.
