About the role

The Senior Investigator will lead investigations into financial and administrative corruption, ensuring compliance with UAE federal and local laws and the policies of the Integrity and Anti-Corruption Sector (IACS). The role involves close coordination with internal departments, external entities, and law‑enforcement bodies to deter corruption and recover misappropriated public funds.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct thorough investigations of suspected financial and administrative corruption in line with IACS procedures.
• Collaborate with analysis teams for asset recovery, computer forensics, and forensic accounting support.
• Prepare official correspondence for administrative and judicial authorities, including preventive measures.
• Recommend and arrange whistle‑blower or witness protection when required.
• Communicate investigation updates to subject entities and relevant law‑enforcement agencies.
• Examine banking records, financial documents, electronic data, and other evidence to establish violations.
• Utilize the Record Management System (RMS) to verify prior involvement of individuals or organizations.
• Research backgrounds of persons and entities under investigation.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of UAE anti‑corruption laws and public sector regulations.
• Experience in conducting complex investigations and preparing legal documentation.
• Ability to work independently while coordinating with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
• High integrity, discretion, and commitment to public‑sector accountability.
