About the role

Eleanor Projects is seeking a full‑time Project Engineer to lead the coordination and execution of high‑end residential villa projects across the UAE. You will act as the central point of contact for designers, consultants, contractors, and subcontractors, ensuring each project meets quality, time, and budget targets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets for villa projects valued over AED 20 million.
• Oversee day‑to‑day activities of contractors, consultants, and design teams, ensuring alignment with project specifications.
• Prepare and manage submittals, track document control, and maintain accurate project records.
• Monitor progress against milestones, identify risks, and implement corrective actions to keep projects on track.
• Facilitate clear communication among all stakeholders and provide regular status updates to senior management.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of proven experience managing large‑scale residential or fit‑out projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Architecture from an accredited institution.
• Strong ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and coordinate complex project activities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English.
• Detail‑oriented mindset with strong problem‑solving capabilities.
