MI & Analytics Analyst – Global Procurement

About the role

The MI & Analytics Analyst will support the Global Procurement team across MENAT by delivering accurate, timely, and insightful management information. You will shape decision‑making through clear reporting on billing, risk, performance and by improving data quality across key trackers and dashboards.

Key responsibilities

• Produce regular MI packs, dashboards and reports for Global Procurement and relevant stakeholders.
• Coordinate MI inputs for governance forums such as the UAE Outsourcing Committee and MENAT Outsourcing Oversight Meeting.
• Manage the annual outsourcing regulatory report to the Central Bank of the UAE, providing guidance on data requirements and timelines.
• Own end‑to‑end MI requests, prioritising, quality‑checking and delivering within agreed timescales.
• Prepare senior‑level reporting that highlights trends, risks, exceptions and required actions.
• Evaluate procurement data to identify trends, risk indicators and improvement opportunities.
• Monitor performance against agreed measures, service levels and risk indicators.
• Strengthen data quality by identifying issues and partnering with data owners to resolve them at source.

Required profile

• Graduation degree (minimum three years) with valid UAE attestations/equivalency for foreign degrees.
• 1‑2 years of experience in management information, analytics and reporting.
• Strong communication skills to interact clearly with senior stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines and maintain high accuracy.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel, including pivot tables and data validation.
• Experience with Power BI or equivalent dashboarding tools.
