Microsoft Inside Sales – Digital Cloud Products

About the role

The Microsoft Inside Sales (Digital Sales) – Cloud Products role is a full‑time, on‑site position in Dubai. You will drive adoption of Microsoft cloud solutions by managing inbound and outbound sales activities, qualifying leads and guiding prospects through the complete sales cycle.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct discovery calls to understand customer business processes and challenges.
• Qualify and nurture leads generated by digital marketing campaigns.
• Prepare and present proposals, collaborating with solution architects and consulting teams.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and track pipeline activities.
• Coordinate with technical and marketing stakeholders to ensure a consistent customer experience.
• Meet defined revenue and activity targets for Azure, Microsoft 365, Copilot and related services.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills in spoken and written business English.
• Ability to map customer workflows and identify digital transformation opportunities.
• Consulting‑oriented mindset with experience in needs assessment and problem solving.
• Familiarity with solution architecture concepts and collaboration with technical teams.
• Previous inside sales, digital sales or account management experience in technology or cloud services.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Dubai in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
