Mid-Level Commercial Projects Lawyer

About the role

Clifford Chance is hiring a mid-level commercial projects lawyer in Dubai. The firm's work spans the MENA region and beyond, covering a wide range of matters under English and UAE law, including major infrastructure and energy projects such as the TA'ZIZ Central Utilities Project, Masdar's solar PV and battery storage project, and developments for Wynn Resorts and Sports Boulevard.

Key responsibilities

• Run transactions and work closely with clients, developing strong transaction management and organisational skills.
• Develop technical abilities and handle ground-breaking deals for top-tier clients.

Required profile

• 4-6 years of post-qualification experience as a junior projects lawyer.
• First-class legal ability with a practical commercial approach.
• Fluent English and excellent drafting, analytical and communication skills.
• Exceptional academic record.
