Mid-Level Graphic & Motion Designer

About the role

Huspy is seeking a talented Mid-Level Graphic & Motion Designer to create high‑quality visual assets for digital, print, and motion formats. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to translate briefs into compelling designs that align with the brand’s guidelines.

Key responsibilities

• Design and produce static and animated assets for marketing campaigns, product interfaces, and social media.
• Maintain brand consistency across all visual communications.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, and content teams to understand requirements and deliver on schedule.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
• Stay up‑to‑date with design trends and incorporate best practices into your work.

Required profile

• Mid‑level experience with a strong eye for visual design, typography, composition and animation.
• Excellent portfolio demonstrating branding, layout, digital design, motion graphics and campaign work.
• Full professional proficiency in English (C1 level).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a fast‑paced, results‑driven environment.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency with Adobe Photoshop.
• Advanced proficiency with Adobe Illustrator.
• Advanced proficiency with Adobe InDesign.
• Advanced proficiency with Adobe After Effects.
• Strong understanding of typography, colour theory, visual hierarchy and animation principles.
