Mid-Level Interior Designer – Hospitality & Luxury Residential

About the role

Join CCD’s international studio to support spatial design for luxury hotels and high‑end residential projects. Working under a Senior Designer or Director, you will translate narrative concepts into interior architecture, planning and documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Support day‑to‑day spatial design from concept through detailed documentation and on‑site coordination.
• Develop interior concepts, spatial planning and architecture that reflect CCD’s design language while meeting client brand, brief and budget.
• Prepare client presentations and design workshops, presenting concepts, design development and material direction.
• Collaborate with the FF&E team, reviewing selections against the spatial concept and integrating them into the overall design.
• Coordinate inputs from FF&E, 3D and local consultants into cohesive project outcomes.
• Produce clear, high‑quality documentation for tender and construction, liaising with architects, engineers and other consultants.
• Attend client, consultant and site meetings, supporting the Senior Designer in representing design intent and resolving queries.
• Work closely with CCD studios across Asia, the Middle East and Europe to align concepts, documentation standards and design quality.

Required profile

• A degree or diploma in Interior Design, Interior Architecture or a related discipline.
• 3–6 years of experience as an Interior Designer in a studio environment, with hotel/hospitality projects; luxury residential experience is a plus.
• Strong design and documentation skills, comfortable presenting to clients and contributing to design discussions.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing own workstreams and meeting deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills for coordination across time zones and offices.
