Mid-level Low-Latency C++ Software Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a mid‑level C++ engineer to join the core trading infrastructure team of a leading high‑frequency trading firm in Dubai. You will work on the systems that directly drive trading performance in a fast‑paced, technology‑first environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement high‑performance, low‑latency trading applications using modern C++ (C++17/20).
• Optimize the end‑to‑end trading stack for maximum throughput, reliability and latency.
• Architect scalable solutions for market connectivity, order execution and risk management.
• Maintain and enhance core infrastructure that has a direct impact on trading outcomes.

Required profile

• Strong C++ development background with deep knowledge of the STL, memory management and concurrency.
• Solid academic foundation in Computer Science or Engineering.
• In‑depth understanding of distributed systems, network protocols and operating‑system internals.
• Experience in HFT or proprietary trading is a plus, but exceptional engineers from any background are considered.
