Mid-Level Product Owner – Dubai

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Mid-Level Product Owner to bridge business needs, client expectations, and product delivery. Based in Dubai, you will collaborate with stakeholders, designers, developers, and leadership to turn requirements into well‑defined product solutions while ensuring successful delivery and client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Own and manage the product backlog, aligning priorities with business objectives and client needs.
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, translating them into user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Prepare the backlog for upcoming sprints and support effective sprint planning.
• Set and proactively control the project roadmap.
• Collaborate with development, design, QA, and DevOps teams to ensure smooth delivery and alignment.
• Review completed features and validate deliverables before client release.
• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and stakeholders.
• Conduct requirements‑gathering sessions, product reviews, and regular project follow‑up meetings.
• Manage stakeholder expectations, communicate risks proactively, and ensure transparency throughout the project lifecycle.
• Facilitate backlog refinement sessions and actively participate in Agile ceremonies.
• Monitor project progress, identify blockers, and work with teams to resolve issues efficiently.
• Maintain clear and organized product documentation and communications.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of experience in software development environments.
• At least 2 years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, Project Coordinator, or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and managing product backlogs.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
