Mid‑Senior Legal Professionals – Multiple Roles (Remote)

About the role

Hire Resolve is partnering with legal organisations in the UAE to recruit experienced legal professionals for a range of mid‑senior level positions across private practice and corporate environments. Roles include Senior Legal Counsel, Head of Legal, Legal Manager and related functions, offering progression to senior specialist and leadership positions.

Key responsibilities

• Provide commercially focused legal advice on operational and strategic matters.
• Draft, review and negotiate a variety of contracts and legal documents.
• Support corporate, employment, disputes, regulatory, compliance, real estate and procurement matters.
• Conduct legal risk assessments and recommend pragmatic mitigations.
• Manage external counsel, budgets, timelines and matter strategy.
• Assist with dispute management, including pre‑action correspondence and settlement discussions.
• Contribute to compliance frameworks, internal policies and regulatory monitoring.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, Procurement, Sales, Operations and Project teams to improve legal processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor of Laws (LLB) or equivalent; postgraduate qualifications advantageous.
• Relevant professional qualification and licensing to practise in the UAE or recognised jurisdictions, where required.
• 6–12+ years of progressive legal experience in‑house or private practice.
• Demonstrated expertise in commercial contracts, corporate governance, construction/projects, employment, compliance, regulatory, disputes or real estate.
• Professional fluency in English; Arabic advantageous for certain roles.
