About the role

The company is seeking an experienced Mill Roller to operate and monitor rolling mill equipment in a steel production environment in Abu Dhabi. The role focuses on delivering high-quality steel products while maintaining strict production standards.

Key responsibilities

Operate and monitor rolling mill equipment to meet production requirements.
Perform roll changing, roll setting, and adjustments to ensure product quality.
Monitor rolling parameters, dimensions, and surface quality during production.
Maintain production quality standards throughout the rolling process.

Required profile

3–5 years of experience as a Mill Roller in a steel rolling mill.
Experience in roughing, intermediate, finishing, or BD rolling mill operations.
Good knowledge of roll setting, rolling processes, and production quality standards.
