About the role
The Mini Bar Attendant joins the Guest Service team at a luxury hotel in Dubai, delivering memorable experiences through attentive food and beverage service. You will support guests throughout their stay, ensuring the mini‑bar area is stocked, clean, and ready for use.
Key responsibilities
- Stock, organize, and replenish mini‑bar items according to hotel standards.
- Maintain cleanliness of the mini‑bar area and surrounding workspaces.
- Interact with guests courteously, responding to requests and providing information about mini‑bar offerings.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and other service teams to ensure seamless service.
- Follow health, safety, and hygiene procedures at all times.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- Less than one year of related experience in hospitality or food‑and‑beverage service.
- No supervisory experience required.
- Ability to work on feet for extended periods and lift up to 25 lb unassisted (50 lb with assistance).
Required skills
- No specific technical skills listed; basic hospitality service skills are expected.
