MIS Executive - Aftersales Systems Support

About the role

The MIS Supervisor (listed as MIS Executive in the title) supports the Aftersales business by giving frontline staff system solutions and keeping master data accurate in systems such as SAP. The role resolves system issues quickly to keep services running smoothly and works closely with other departments.

Key responsibilities

• Support frontline staff with system solutions and master data updates, and answer and resolve system queries for service staff across branches
• Liaise with Aftersales, Finance and EIT to gather information needed to fix system issues
• Resolve system issues within set timelines, including invoice reversals, package modifications and time clocking concerns
• Create and update PDI packages in line with menu pricing and package creation for new models
• Manage DIO accessories through package creation, extend packages for required models and support campaign rollouts
• Upload and manage S/A shifts and technician schedules so appointments can be booked efficiently and technicians are time clocked correctly

Required profile

• Graduate or diploma holder, preferably with automotive experience
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a background as a Pricing Analyst/Assistant
• Mandatory automotive aftersales experience

Required skills

• Data warehousing and management, with strong data quality assurance skills
• Advanced Microsoft Office, especially Excel for data management
• Proficiency in SAP IS AUTO for ERP solutions
• Excellent problem-solving, communication and teamwork skills
