MIS Manager

About the role

The MIS Manager will lead the delivery of accurate management reporting and actionable insights for the Aftersales business of BYD within Al-Futtaim Automotive. This role supports budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis across multiple brands and branches.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and distribute timely MIS reports and develop KPI dashboards using Power BI, Tableau and Alteryx.
• Maintain reporting repositories, reconcile data across systems, and ensure data accuracy.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting processes.
• Partner with Finance to validate targets, incentives, commissions and rebates.
• Develop service contracts and pricing, and ensure SAP business packages are processed.
• Coordinate system access, resolve IT issues, and support Aftersales SOP implementation.
• Lead and develop two MIS Executives while maintaining confidentiality and compliance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Information Systems, Finance, Statistics, Data Analytics or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in MIS, reporting, dashboard development or business analysis.
• Strong analytical thinking, accuracy, and attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate clearly, meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
