MOH Licensed Pharmacist – Retail Pharmacy (Sharjah & Ajman)

About the role

PharmC is seeking a qualified MOH Licensed Pharmacist to join its modern retail pharmacy network in Sharjah and Ajman. The role focuses on safe dispensing, regulatory compliance, and delivering high‑quality patient care in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily pharmacy operations, including dispensing, sales support, and stock control.
• Provide accurate medication counseling and health advice to customers.
• Ensure compliance with MOH regulations and Good Pharmacy Practice standards.
• Monitor inventory levels, expiry dates, and coordinate timely replenishment.
• Maintain proper documentation and regulatory records.
• Deliver excellent customer service and build long‑term patient relationships.
• Support store performance targets while upholding ethical pharmacy practices.
• Collaborate with the pharmacy and management team to ensure smooth operations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm, M.Pharm, Pharm.D).
• Valid MOH license or eligibility letter.
• Minimum 1 year of experience preferred; fresh graduates are welcome.
• Fluent English (spoken and written).
• Valid UAE driving license.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
• Professional attitude with high ethical standards.
