About the role

YoBridge Mortgage is a young Dubai mortgage brokerage founded in 2026 and backed by investment firm Hamilton Bradshaw. It is hiring five Mortgage Advisors to scale into 2027; the team is early-stage, with direct access to the founder and the chance to build your own book. This is a revenue-generating advisory role: you build your own business through client relationships and real estate agent networks, while company-generated leads supplement your pipeline. The first 90 days focus on building pipeline, after which steady monthly loan disbursements are expected, typically AED 8-10 million per month depending on salary level.

Key responsibilities

• Originate your own mortgage business through referrals, repeat clients and personal networks.
• Build and maintain active relationships with real estate agents and other introducers across Dubai.
• Advise clients on mortgage products, compare lender options and recommend the right fit.
• Manage each case from first conversation through approval and disbursement, keeping clients informed.
• Work with the case-review and support team on handovers, documentation and issue resolution.
• Represent YoBridge at networking events and in the field during the working day.
• Keep accurate records of your pipeline, client follow-ups and completed cases.

Required profile

• 1-2+ years of mortgage advisory or brokerage experience, currently based in Dubai.
• Your own network of real estate agents and introducers with an active pipeline.
• A track record of personally originating and completing mortgage cases.
• Confident, clear communication and a natural ability to build relationships.
• A positive, self-driven attitude and comfort with a target-based role.
