Mortgages Team Lead – Manage 15+ Mortgage Consultants

About the role

Huspy is looking for a results‑driven Mortgages Team Lead to head a group of 15+ Mortgage Consultants in Abu Dhabi. You will be responsible for meeting monthly and quarterly loan‑disbursal targets while ensuring high standards of governance, customer experience, and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and manage performance of the mortgage consulting team (onboarding, IDPs, ramp‑up).
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for loan disbursals.
• Provide hands‑on enablement across CRM, mortgage processes, and industry best practices.
• Handle customer experience issues, escalations, and complex cases.
• Ensure compliance with internal governance and UAE banking regulations.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to improve efficiency and service delivery.
• Contribute to hiring, scaling, and strategic growth initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a mortgage or financial‑services leadership role (Team Leader, Sales Manager, etc.).
• Strong track record of achieving sales targets through team leadership.
• Deep understanding of the UAE mortgage market and banking practices (preferred).
• Excellent communication, coaching, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
