About the role
The Motor Insurance Assistant will support the underwriting team in the timely production of commercial motor policies, ensuring accuracy and compliance with broker agreements. This is a 6‑month outsourced contract based in Dubai.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate and execute the issuance of new motor policies, endorsements, and certificates.
- Prepare quotations and underwriting terms for brokers and customers within delegated authority.
- Dispatch policy documents promptly and maintain proper records.
- Identify risks exceeding personal authority and refer them to the manager.
- Supervise the renewal process in collaboration with the Underwriting Manager.
- Provide technical guidance, support brokers, and handle queries.
- Accurately process data entry and accounting policy documentation.
Required profile
- Good knowledge of quoting and issuing motor policies.
- Ability to work under rotational shift and six‑day work schedule.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
