Multi Civil Technician

About the role

The Multi Civil Technician will perform multi‑skilled civil maintenance and handyman activities across CBRE Excellerate managed facilities, ensuring quality workmanship, HSE compliance and timely service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out preventive, reactive and corrective civil maintenance, including painting, flooring, basic carpentry, minor masonry, ceiling and partition repairs, and silicone/sealant works.
• Assess minor civil and handyman maintenance requirements, identify required materials and tools, and perform minor repairs within approved scope and competency.
• Identify additional defects, report corrective actions, and escalate specialist or major repair needs; stop work when unsafe conditions are identified.

Required profile

• ITI/Trade Certificate in Civil Maintenance, Carpentry, Painting or equivalent (preferred).
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in civil maintenance, facilities management or handyman services, preferably in UAE commercial buildings.
• Practical experience in painting, flooring and basic carpentry works.
