Multi-Property Marketing Executive

About the role

JW Marriott Marquis Hotel Dubai is looking for a Multi-Property Marketing Executive to support integrated marketing campaigns, digital presence and reporting across rooms, F&B, wellness, brand and lifestyle priorities. The position is full time and based in Dubai.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns and coordinate timelines, assets and approvals with internal stakeholders
• Support hotel packages, seasonal offers, room promotions, F&B activations and property-wide initiatives
• Handle day-to-day digital marketing: content scheduling, social media coordination, community engagement and performance tracking
• Maintain hotel websites, rooms packages, landing pages and digital listings, and audit owned and third-party channels regularly
• Support email marketing and digital campaign deployment
• Prepare regular marketing performance reports covering rooms campaigns, website activity, social media, email and key digital channels, and track KPIs such as reach, engagement, website traffic, direct bookings, conversions, campaign performance and ROI
• Compile competitor and market insights to support strategy
• Assist in planning and executing photo and video shoots, and coordinate media dining, reviews and influencer collaborations
• Maintain marketing calendars and asset libraries, liaise with F&B teams on offers and menu changes, and ensure compliance with Marriott brand standards
