Multi-Property Marketing Manager

About the role

The Marketing and Communications Manager is part of a team that creates and executes property-level communications for Marriott Executive Apartments in Dubai. Reporting to the Director of Marketing and Communications, the role promotes on-brand messaging across traditional, digital and social media channels, builds direct marketing plans and campaigns, and showcases Food and Beverage promotions to hotel guests and local patrons. It also contributes to public relations and integrates with regional eCommerce and marketing teams.

Key responsibilities

• Execute the annual marketing plan within budget, in consultation with the GM, F&B and operations leaders and the marketing director
• Partner with Operations, F&B and Sales to run promotions that drive incremental revenue
• Act as liaison with the advertising agency on creative and media plans, manage F&B media schedules and verify correct offer loading with Revenue Management
• Run email marketing and display advertising, and coordinate with the cluster eCommerce manager on online programmes
• Manage social media content, engage with guests online and handle online reputation management
• Develop quarterly PR plans, write and distribute press releases, manage media contracts and accounts, and coordinate photography for F&B advertising and seasonal promotions
• Manage F&B direct marketing and printed collateral, verify brand standards and audit compliance
• Help publish the hotel newsletter, support communications duties and provide marketing leadership and training to GMs, sales and revenue leaders

Required profile

• 2-year degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Business Administration or a related major, with 4 years of experience in sales, marketing, digital or a related field (hospitality marketing or digital advertising preferred)
• OR a 4-year bachelor's degree in a related major with 2 years of experience (agency experience preferred)
