Multi-Property Revenue Analyst

About the role

JW Marriott Marquis Hotel Dubai is looking for a Multi-Property Revenue Analyst to join its revenue management function. The role sits in the revenue category and involves analysing hotel performance, monitoring key metrics and supporting revenue optimisation.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse hotel performance against budget, forecast, prior year and market benchmarks.
• Monitor key performance indicators (occupancy, ADR and RevPAR) and market share metrics through STR reports, giving insights and recommendations for revenue optimisation.
• Prepare and distribute daily, weekly, monthly and ad-hoc reports, and develop dashboards, reporting tools and analytical models.
• Consolidate information from multiple systems into actionable insights.
• Support Revenue Management, Sales, Marketing and Operations teams with analytical requirements, forecasts, budgets, strategy presentations and business reviews.
• Evaluate promotions, commercial initiatives and business cases through data analysis, and track departmental performance.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency and integrity across reporting platforms, and identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
