Multi Property Sales Executive - Corporate

About the role

The Multi Property Sales Executive – Corporate will drive top‑line revenue for JW Marriott Dubai by executing the sales strategy set by senior leadership. You will identify revenue opportunities, build strong client relationships and ensure high levels of guest satisfaction throughout the sales cycle.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement proactive selling plans targeting corporate accounts and key market segments.
• Identify and qualify new business opportunities, negotiate contracts and close sales to meet or exceed individual revenue targets.
• Manage customer budgets, upsell hotel products and services, and conduct site inspections and FAM trips.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and supply‑demand dynamics to inform pricing and positioning.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless event execution and post‑event follow‑up.
• Maintain accurate sales forecasts and contribute to departmental financial planning.

Required profile

• Proven experience in hotel or corporate sales with a focus on revenue generation.
• Strong understanding of market dynamics, competitor analysis and proactive selling techniques.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills with the ability to influence decision‑makers.
• Results‑oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
