Multi-Property Sales Manager Mandarin Speaker

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Multi-Property Sales Manager who is fluent in Mandarin to drive sales for our Ritz‑Carlton property in Ras Al Khaimah. The role focuses on generating new business, nurturing long‑term client relationships, and ensuring seamless hand‑over to event operations.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue sales opportunities across multiple property channels, including sales calls, FAM trips, trade shows and entertainment events.
• Collaborate with off‑property sales teams to coordinate efforts and avoid duplication.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective customers, delivering proposals, contracts and post‑sale support.
• Provide accurate turnover information to the Event Management team for smooth service delivery.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and target customer profiles to maximize revenue.
• Achieve personal and location sales targets while supporting overall hotel revenue goals.

Required profile

• 2‑year degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel & Restaurant Management or related field with at least 3 years relevant experience, OR a 4‑year bachelor’s degree with at least 1 year experience.
• Fluency in Mandarin and strong command of English.
• Proven ability to develop and sustain customer relationships in a hospitality environment.
