Multi Skilled HVAC Technician – Part‑Time

About the role

The Multi Skilled HVAC Technician will support the Waldorf Astoria Ras Al Khaimah by maintaining, repairing and installing electrical and HVAC systems throughout the property. Working on a part‑time basis, you will respond quickly to guest and staff requests and assist the Engineering Supervisor as needed.

Key responsibilities

• Perform maintenance, repair and installation of a wide range of electrical and HVAC equipment.
• Install audio/visual, microphone and lighting systems in guest rooms and function areas.
• Respond promptly to emergency calls and service requests from guests, managers and team members.
• Conduct regular inspection tours to verify proper operation of equipment and lighting.
• Complete preventative maintenance schedules, incident reports and maintain tool inventories.
• Tag electrical items and keep registers up to date when required.

Required profile

• Previous electrical experience, preferably in a hotel, ship, hospital or similar environment.
• Valid electrical trade qualification.
• Ability to work independently within established timeframes.
• Strong work ethic and good interpersonal communication.
