Multimedia Designer

About the role

Independent Food Company is looking for a creative Multimedia Designer to join its Visual Design team. You will produce social‑media content, digital assets and motion‑based creatives that support the growth of its portfolio of home‑grown food and beverage brands.

Key responsibilities

• Design and adapt visual content for social media and digital platforms across multiple brands.
• Produce motion graphics, animations, reels and video edits for campaigns, product launches and ongoing content needs.
• Support campaign roll‑outs, seasonal activations, new openings and always‑on content calendars.
• Ensure all output follows brand guidelines, visual standards and the direction set by the Visual Design team.
• Prepare, optimise and deliver final assets for digital publishing, paid media and in‑store screens according to platform specifications.
• Collaborate with Brand Managers, Marketing Executives and Content Producers to interpret briefs and deliver effective creative solutions.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality, consistency and turnaround expectations.
• Stay up‑to‑date with design, motion and social‑media trends in the F&B and lifestyle space and apply relevant insights.

Required profile

• Minimum two years of experience in multimedia or motion design, preferably in F&B, hospitality, retail or a fast‑paced agency.
• Strong portfolio showcasing social‑first, motion and digital design work.
• Excellent attention to detail, organisational skills and a collaborative approach.
• Awareness of current social‑media trends, platform best practices and content formats relevant to the F&B sector.

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
• Advanced knowledge of Adobe After Effects.
• Advanced knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Advanced knowledge of Adobe Photoshop.
• Advanced knowledge of Adobe Illustrator.
