Nail Educator-Trainer

About the role

ADI International is seeking a commercially driven Nail Educator‑Trainer to support its sales team and grow the professional salon business across Abu Dhabi and Al Ain. The role blends technical education with a strong sales mindset, focusing on premium and high‑end salons.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver professional product and technical training to salon owners, managers, stylists and therapists.
• Join Sales Representatives on field visits to provide technical and commercial support.
• Assist in new account openings, brand conversions, demonstrations and closing opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with key accounts, premium salons and industry influencers.
• Identify client technical needs and recommend appropriate products, protocols and solutions.
• Conduct in‑salon demonstrations, workshops, academies, launch events and product presentations.
• Follow up post‑training to ensure correct product usage and drive repeat orders.
• Provide market feedback on competitors, trends, pricing and new business opportunities.

Required profile

• Fluent Arabic speaker with professional English communication skills.
• 3–5 years of experience in the professional beauty or salon industry, preferably with premium salons in the UAE.
• Existing knowledge and relationships within the Abu Dhabi and Al Ain salon market.
• UAE driving licence strongly preferred.
• Professional appearance and ability to represent premium international brands.
