About the role

The NesTalent program is a fast‑track development initiative for future leaders in Nestlé’s Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region. As a Commercial Development Graduate Trainee you will rotate through different commercial functions, gaining exposure to category growth, shopper behaviour, consumer insights and marketing‑sales integration. The role combines hands‑on project work with mentorship from senior professionals to build a solid foundation for a career in commercial development.

Required profile

• Demonstrate ability to work in a multi‑functional environment, interacting effectively with team and business partners.
• Operate in a fast‑moving environment and manage time effectively.
• Be curious, enthusiastic, and a fast learner with strong interpersonal skills.
• Fresh graduate with limited work experience but a strong passion for bridging marketing and sales.
• Fluency in English.
• Very good GPA and bachelor’s degree in business administration or any relevant field.
