Neuroscience Product Specialist Intern

About the role

Johnson & Johnson is looking for a Neuroscience Product Specialist Intern to join its sales team in Dubai. The 12‑month field‑based internship offers hands‑on experience in promoting pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals across public and private hospitals and pharmacies.

Key responsibilities

• Learn from Sales and Marketing professionals to execute effective Sales Action Plans and achieve district sales targets while meeting HCC requirements.
• Prepare territorial sales analysis reports.
• Maintain accurate coverage of the designated territory and ensure full compliance with CRM reporting requirements.
• Conduct customer segmentation in line with company guidelines to target customers with optimal tools and frequency.
• Plan and schedule daily visits with existing and potential customers to deliver core product messages.
• Keep the customer database up to date to understand and fulfill customer needs promptly.
• Maintain excellent knowledge of disease areas, products, and competitors.
