New Partner Experience Agent

About the role

As a New Partner Experience Agent you will lead the onboarding journey for newly‑joined restaurant partners, helping them become successful on the Deliveroo platform during their first 56 days.

Key responsibilities

• Guide restaurant partners through the initial onboarding phase, educating them on tools, processes and best practices.
• Manage a call list, schedule follow‑up calls, and log outcomes to ensure timely support.
• Handle challenging situations with empathy, providing clear communication and accurate information.
• Perform ad‑hoc tasks as directed by leads or management.
• Document interactions and use internal tools to drive efficiency.
• Identify upsell opportunities and tailor conversations to each partner’s needs.
• Build trust and long‑term relationships to help partners grow their business on Deliveroo.

Required profile

• BSc/BA in Business or a related field.
• Up to 2 years of experience in commercial or account‑management roles.
• Strong relationship‑management and customer‑service experience.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable experimenting with new processes and able to champion them.
• Solid analytical abilities and problem‑solving skills.
