Night Manager – Front Office

About the role

We are seeking a confident Night Manager to lead the Front Office during the overnight shift at our new Radisson Hotel in Fujairah. The role combines guest‑focused service with operational oversight, ensuring safety, satisfaction and financial accuracy throughout the night.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the Front Office team during the night shift and act as Manager on Duty.
• Handle guest inquiries, concerns and resolve issues promptly.
• Oversee the night audit, preparing accurate financial and operational reports.
• Ensure compliance with hotel policies, safety procedures and brand standards.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Security and Engineering to support overnight operations.
• Monitor arrivals, departures and VIP guests to deliver an exceptional experience.
• Motivate and develop the overnight team while maintaining a positive work environment.

Required profile

• Previous supervisory or management experience in a hotel Front Office.
• Strong leadership, decision‑making and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Willingness to work night shifts, weekends and holidays.

Required skills

• Knowledge of night audit procedures.
• Familiarity with hotel Property Management System (PMS) software.
