Nursery Teacher (FS1 / FS2) – Early Years Educator

About the role

We are looking for a passionate Nursery Teacher to join our new early years centre in Meydan, Nad Al Sheba, Dubai. The role focuses on delivering high‑quality, child‑centred education for FS1 and FS2 children, following the EYFS framework.

Key responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the EYFS curriculum.
  • Implement child‑led learning and in‑the‑moment planning.
  • Support children’s social, emotional and cognitive development.
  • Observe, assess and document each child’s progress.
  • Create a safe, stimulating and inclusive learning environment.
  • Build strong relationships with parents and provide regular updates.
  • Collaborate with the wider team to ensure excellence in early years education.

Required profile

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education or a related field.
  • Completed CACHE Level 3 (or equivalent) qualification, MOFA attested.
  • Minimum two years’ experience in a nursery or early years setting.
  • Strong knowledge and practical experience of the EYFS framework.
  • British nationals are preferred.
