OCN Monitor/Escort – Security Escort Specialist

About the role

The OCN Monitor/Escort is responsible for safely escorting un‑cleared Local National (LN) and Other Country National (OCN) personnel and vehicles into work zones, monitoring them throughout their tasks, and ensuring compliance with base security procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Escort LN/OCN personnel from entry facilities to work sites and back, maintaining continuous visual contact.
• Log in and out all LN/OCN contractors, count personnel before and after work, and report numbers to project and safety staff.
• Brief escorted personnel on badge usage, base rules, and prohibited items.
• Verify that no weapons, drugs, or other contraband are brought onto the base.
• Maintain situational awareness of vehicles and personnel, providing safety measures such as sheltering during attacks.
• Notify the Project/Site Manager and Safety staff of unsafe conditions or suspicious behavior.
• Ensure strict housekeeping and readiness to respond to any incident.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Required profile

• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain a valid Residency Visa in the host nation.
• Valid U.S. passport (preferred) and a clean U.S. driver’s license.
• Eligibility to meet current USCENTCOM deployment policy requirements.
• Capability to work in extreme environmental conditions, including dust, high temperatures, and long hours.
• Willingness to be 100% deployed overseas.
• Security clearance: NACI/Public Trust.
