About the role
We are looking for an Office & Accounts Assistant to support daily administrative and accounting functions at our Al Jurf office. The role combines office management with basic bookkeeping tasks, ensuring smooth operations for the sales and service teams.
Key responsibilities
- Handle day‑to‑day office administration, filing and documentation.
- Prepare quotations, invoices, delivery notes and purchase orders using Zoho Books.
- Maintain account records including payments, receipts, petty cash and bank entries.
- Follow up on customer payments and supplier bills.
- Answer phone calls, emails and WhatsApp enquiries professionally.
- Coordinate with the sales and service team on orders and deliveries.
- Support management with reports and general admin tasks.
Required profile
- Minimum 1–2 years of office administration or accounts experience in the UAE.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Residency in Ajman or nearby (Sharjah) preferred.
- Immediate availability preferred.
Required skills
- Zoho Books (or Tally) for invoicing and purchase orders.
- Microsoft Excel.
- Microsoft Word.
