About the role
We are looking for an enthusiastic Office Administrator to join our Dubai team. This entry‑level position focuses on data entry and general administrative support, providing a solid foundation for a career in office management.
Key responsibilities
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain electronic and paper records.
- Handle routine administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and document preparation.
- Assist with advertising management activities, including coordinating materials and tracking campaign details.
- Support day‑to‑day office operations, ensuring a smooth workflow.
- Respond to internal inquiries and provide basic clerical assistance.
Required profile

- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
