About the role
We are looking for a versatile and reliable individual to join our Ras Al Khaimah office as an Office Boy, Driver, and PRO. The role combines administrative support, basic public relations tasks, and driving duties to ensure smooth daily operations.
Key responsibilities
- Serve coffee and refreshments, maintain office cleanliness, and handle general office boy duties.
- Assist with day‑to‑day administrative tasks such as email handling and document preparation.
- Perform PRO activities including document submissions, follow‑ups with government entities, and other official errands.
- Provide transportation for staff and handle official errands using a company vehicle.
- Use a PC for basic tasks, online submissions, and communication with external parties.
Required profile
- Fluent English with the ability to hold professional conversations.
- Valid UAE driving licence.
- Polite, well‑presented, energetic, dependable and flexible.
- Based in or willing to work in Ras Al Khaimah.
