Office Machine Business Development Manager

About the role

We are expanding our Office Machine business in the UAE and need an experienced Business Development Manager to lead growth in Sharjah and Dubai, with a particular focus on our Paper Shredder portfolio. The role combines market development, dealer network management, and direct B2B sales to achieve revenue targets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute go‑to‑market strategies for Paper Shredders and Office Machines across Sharjah and Dubai.
• Identify, recruit, and onboard new dealers, distributors and resellers, while nurturing existing relationships to maximise product placement and sell‑through.
• Build direct B2B relationships with corporates, government entities and large enterprises.
• Achieve and exceed annual sales and revenue targets, creating pricing and promotion plans aligned with market dynamics.
• Maintain regular sales forecasting, pipeline management and performance reporting.
• Conduct product training for dealers and sales teams, gather market intelligence and provide feedback to headquarters.
• Coordinate with logistics, warehouse and customer service to ensure smooth order fulfilment and monitor dealer credit terms.
• Represent Deli at trade shows, exhibitions and industry events.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience in office equipment, paper shredders, IT hardware or a similar industry.
• Proven track record of building dealer/distributor networks in the UAE, with existing relationships being a strong advantage.
• Strong understanding of the Sharjah and Dubai business landscape.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken); Arabic is a plus.
