Office Manager – AI

About the role

The Office Manager – AI will support the Chief AI Officer in establishing and running the new AI‑Artificial Intelligence Group at ADIB. This senior‑level position blends executive coordination, project management and stakeholder liaison to ensure the AI function operates efficiently and aligns with bank-wide priorities.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day operations of the Chief AI Officer’s office, handling correspondence, briefing materials, and confidential information.
• Act as the central coordination point between the AI office and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring timely follow‑up on requests and decisions.
• Provide advisory support on internal processes, organizational culture and stakeholder sensitivities to help the Chief AI Officer navigate the bank.
• Prepare and consolidate executive reports, board materials, dashboards and presentations with high accuracy and consistency.
• Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, team activities and cross‑functional collaboration across AI, Technology, Data, Risk and Compliance.
• Lead special and cross‑functional assignments, gathering data, analysing issues and delivering practical recommendations.
• Support priority projects from planning through delivery, maintaining simple trackers for progress, risks and dependencies.

Required profile

• Current ADIB employee with deep knowledge of the bank’s people, processes and culture (highly preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree from a recognised university.
• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience, including project management and C‑suite support.
• Fluency in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
• Strong stakeholder‑management, influencing and analytical abilities.

Required skills

• High proficiency with AI‑enabled productivity tools such as Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Chat and ChatGPT.
• Advanced use of Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel and Word for creating presentations, analyses and documents.
