About the role
We are seeking an organized Office Manager to provide direct executive and operational support to the Director of the Leadership Office. The role ensures disciplined scheduling, effective follow‑through, and smooth office logistics.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the Director’s daily calendar, aligning engagements with strategic priorities.
- Screen meeting requests and task inflow, acting as the first filter before escalation.
- Coordinate meeting logistics, including agenda confirmation, material consolidation, and follow‑up tracking.
- Maintain structured tracking of tasks assigned to or by the Director to ensure timely closure.
- Serve as the coordination point between the Director and internal stakeholders.
- Prepare daily and weekly schedule summaries highlighting key priorities and conflicts.
- Oversee office logistics such as supplies, vendor coordination, travel arrangements, and administrative compliance.
Required profile
- 5+ years of experience in executive assistant or office management roles.
- Strong calendar management and prioritization capability.
- High discretion and confidentiality discipline.
- Excellent organizational and follow‑through skills.
- Ability to operate in fast‑paced, senior‑facing environments.
