Office Manager – Executive Support & UAE PRO Coordination

About the role
We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to provide high‑level executive and personal administrative support to the Group Chief Executive Officer. The role also oversees office management operations and UAE PRO coordination across all company entities and locations in the UAE.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, travel arrangements, and correspondence.
- Coordinate office facilities, vendor contracts, and service providers for multiple UAE locations.
- Handle UAE government‑related documentation, visa, immigration, labor and free‑zone processes (Mainland, DIFC, JAFZA).
- Oversee PRO providers, renewals, and compliance with local regulations.
- Administer UAE medical insurance processes.
- Prepare and monitor administrative budgets, cost control measures, and operational trackers.
Required profile
- 5–7 years of experience in office management, executive administration, or operations support within multinational or fast‑paced organisations.
- Proven track record supporting senior executives or C‑level leadership.
- Strong knowledge of UAE office operations, government procedures, and PRO coordination.
- Experience managing multiple office locations and vendor relationships.
- Excellent organisational, communication and stakeholder‑management skills.

What we offer
- Competitive salary range of AED 12,000 – AED 14,000 per month.
