About the role
We are looking for a proactive Office Manager to support senior C‑suite leadership within our Strategic Operations Division in Dubai. The role combines high‑level administrative duties with strategic analysis, ensuring smooth execution of key initiatives and effective coordination across the organization.
Key responsibilities
- Provide executive support to senior leaders, managing complex calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare briefings, presentations, and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist in developing board presentations, leadership updates, and strategic summaries.
- Support planning, coordination, and execution of strategic initiatives and transformation programs.
- Conduct research, consolidate data from multiple departments, and produce clear insights and reports.
- Track project milestones, flag risks, and drive continuous‑improvement efforts.
- Act as a central liaison between senior leadership and cross‑functional teams, ensuring alignment and effective communication.
- Oversee daily office administration, maintain documentation systems, and manage logistical arrangements for meetings and events.
Required profile
- 4–8 years of experience in executive assistance, office management, or related roles.
- Prior exposure to strategy, consulting, corporate planning, or advisory environments is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated experience supporting senior executives or leadership teams.
