Officer - Corporate Services

About the role

Join ADCB's Global Business Services team as an Officer in Corporate Services, supporting the bank’s operational excellence through vendor coordination, invoice processing and telecom account management.

Key responsibilities

• Arrange in‑house cleaning services, coordinating with vendors to maintain service standards.
• Prepare technical analysis reports, evaluate tender documents and support procurement processes.
• Process invoices based on cost allocation and approvals to ensure timely payments.
• Maintain a centralized telecommunication voice account database for all branches and departments.
• Validate bills against the accounts database and process bank‑wide payments for Etisalat services.
• Liaise with Etisalat on billing disputes, payment ageing and reconciliation to ensure continuous service availability.
• Coordinate with units on irregular charge variances to guarantee timely payment processing.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of administration experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Excellent interpersonal and PC skills.
• Strong organisational abilities and effective communication.
• Knowledge of the local market.
