Officer, Depot (Aviation Fuelling & Operations)

About the role

ADNOC Aviation is looking for an Officer, Depot to manage its aviation operations at ADIA, covering the Depot, Hydrant and Into-plane functions. The role ensures safe and efficient receipt, storage and supply (refuelling) of aviation fuels in line with industry and company standards. It sits in the Supply Chain / Warehouse family and involves supervising staff, managing resources and maintaining HSE and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure all product movements (receipt, storage, release) follow ADNOC Distribution Aviation Operations Standards and maintain adequate Jet A-1 stock, updating daily and weekly fuel requirements and stock accounting.
• Oversee fuelling and defuelling operations safely and efficiently, and prepare and update procedures and work instructions.
• Manage resources: liaise with the Aviation Maintenance Team on preventive maintenance, plan duty rosters and annual leave, and keep staff motivated.
• Ensure HSE regulations are followed, incidents are reported and investigated, and task risk assessments and quarterly inspections are carried out; hold monthly safety meetings and toolbox talks.
• Control quality and compliance: check static and mobile equipment, maintain batch control and product traceability, and report and act on QC incidents.
• Build relationships with customers, airport authorities and ground handling agencies, resolve complaints and arrange airport security passes for ADNOC staff and visitors.
• Supervise and train staff, contribute to budgets and performance objectives, and implement policies, processes and continuous improvement measures aligned with ISO standards.

Required profile

• Diploma in Marketing, Engineering, Business Management or equivalent.
• At least 6 years of similar experience, including at least 4 years in positions of increasing managerial responsibility.
• Professional certifications as applicable.
