About the role

HPX is looking for a hands‑on Market Entry Marketing Lead to launch its stablecoin product in emerging markets such as Bolivia. Based in Dubai, you will work directly with the CEO to build and execute a full go‑to‑market playbook, acquire the first users, and establish a trusted local brand.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct rapid market intelligence to identify target users, buying habits, competitors, regulatory landscape and payment rails.
• Co‑create and own the GTM strategy, defining acquisition channels for the first 100 seed users and scaling to 1,000 funded‑active users.
• Design, test and iterate acquisition channels (diaspora groups, KOLs, community agents, campus groups, referral programs) while proving a repeatable, low‑budget model.
• Adapt HPX’s brand messaging to local language and cultural context, emphasizing compliance, reserves and security.
• Penetrate active crypto, remittance and freelancer communities to generate word‑of‑mouth growth.
• Start as an individual contributor and later recruit and lead a small 2‑3 person growth team.

Required profile

• Proven 0‑to‑1 market‑entry experience in fintech, crypto, payments or e‑commerce within emerging regions (Africa, LatAm, South‑Asia, SE‑Asia, Central Asia).
• Operator mindset – able to roll up sleeves, close KOL deals, run experiments and interpret data.
• Owner attitude toward CAC, retention and unit economics.
• Comfortable making fast decisions with limited data and ambiguous environments.
• Willingness to travel frequently and embed short‑term in target markets.
• Fluent English; cultural sensitivity and strong relationship‑building skills.
