职位概况

人力资源总监直接向酒店总经理汇报，兼任酒店执行委员会成员，负责为酒店提供全方位的人力资源战略、招聘、接班人计划、绩效管理及员工培养等专业支持。

主要职责

制定并执行人力资源战略，跟进敬业度调查。
将业务优先事项转化为人力资源计划并在酒店落地。
协调人力资本审查，主导接班人计划活动。
监督酒店经理及员工有效使用 myHR 系统。
作为关键变革经理，推动影响员工的重大举措。

任职要求

在经认可大学取得人力资源、工商管理或相关专业的两年制学位，并拥有4年相关工作经验；或取得四年制学士学位并拥有2年相关工作经验。
具备人才招聘、接班人/员工队伍规划、绩效管理和员工培养的实际经验。
