Offshore Installation Manager

About the role

The Offshore Installation Manager will lead offshore installation and construction activities for a major offshore project, ensuring safe and efficient execution in line with project requirements and HSE standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate day‑to‑day offshore installation, construction and marine activities.
• Ensure compliance with HSE requirements, approved procedures and applicable regulations.
• Provide leadership to offshore construction teams, subcontractors and vessel/platform personnel.
• Coordinate execution of platforms, structures, pipelines, subsea facilities and related offshore works.
• Review installation methodologies, work packs, lifting plans and execution schedules.
• Monitor daily progress, identify constraints and report to project management.
• Lead offshore emergency response and promote strong HSE leadership.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Marine Engineering, Naval Architecture or related discipline.
• Significant experience in offshore oil & gas construction and installation projects.
• Senior offshore leadership experience such as Offshore Installation Manager or Offshore Construction Manager.
• Experience on large offshore EPC/EPCI projects, preferably ADNOC offshore projects.
• Valid offshore survival, medical, HSE and competency certifications.
