On-site Supervisor – Renovation Projects

About the role

Turnkey Projects LLC is seeking an experienced On-site Supervisor to manage day‑to‑day operations on renovation sites in Dubai Silicon Oasis. You will work closely with project managers, subcontractors and site crews to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate workers and subcontractors on‑site.
• Support Project Managers in planning and executing work schedules.
• Create and manage daily/weekly project timelines and task lists.
• Ensure timely ordering and delivery of materials to avoid delays.
• Enforce site safety protocols and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Maintain accurate site records and daily reports.
• Prepare weekly progress updates for clients.
• Participate in site meetings and provide timely feedback on project status.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or similar role in Dubai’s renovation/construction industry.
• Familiarity with NOC procedures in Dubai.
• Valid UAE driver’s license and own vehicle.
• Strong knowledge of construction practices and safety standards.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, schedules, and technical plans.
• Excellent leadership, communication and organisational abilities.
